What materials and brands do you work with?
We only install top-tier roofing products built for performance and longevity. That includes Class 4 impact-resistant shingles from Owens Corning (Duration Flex) and Malarkey (Vista and Legacy), synthetic underlayment, metal pipe boots with 50-year warranties, and code-compliant ventilation systems. Every component is chosen to hold up in Colorado’s harsh climate.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes. If your roof has been damaged by a storm and is leaking or exposed, we provide emergency tarping and fast-response inspections to prevent further damage. We’ll assess the situation and get you on the schedule for full replacement if needed.
How long will my roof replacement take?
Most replacements are completed in a single day. We show up prepared, stay on schedule, and handle cleanup the same day so you’re not stuck with an exposed or half-finished roof.
What types of roofing materials do you install?
We specialize in asphalt shingle systems and only install Class 4 impact-resistant shingles. These include SBS-modified shingles, which are more flexible and durable than standard asphalt. We do not install basic, entry-level shingles—every roof we install is built for longevity.
Will my old roof be completely removed?
Always. We never install over existing shingles. We remove all old materials, inspect the decking for damage, and replace anything that’s not nailable. This ensures your new roof system is solid from the deck up.
